掛川グランドホテル1階の「レストラン CHADOKORO」では、2025年5月1日より、新緑が眩しい季節にぴったりの限定ランチメニューをご提供いたします。

掛川でのランチタイムに、春の恵みを存分に味わえる特別な一皿はいかがでしょうか。

　

メインディッシュ：「国産豚の煮込み ハニーマスタード風味 春キャベツのブレゼ添え」

　

厳選した国産豚を、時間をかけて丁寧に柔らかく煮込みました。

口の中でとろけるような食感の豚肉に合わせるのは、蜂蜜の優しい甘さとマスタードの爽やかな酸味が絶妙なバランスの特製ハニーマスタードソース。

豚肉の旨味を引き立て、後味はさっぱりとお召し上がりいただけます。

付け合わせには、今が旬の「春キャベツ」を。甘みが強く柔らかい春キャベツを、素材の味を活かすブレゼ（蒸し煮）にしました。

キャベツ本来の甘みと、豚肉やソースの旨味が絡み合い、春ならではの優しい味わいがお口の中に広がります。

The arrival of spring at a hotel in Kakegawa. A fresh green season lunch limited to May is now available！

　

Restaurant CHADOKORO on the 1st floor of Kakegawa Grand Hotel will offer a limited lunch menu perfect for the dazzling season of fresh greenery from May 1, 2025.

How about a special dish that allows you to fully enjoy the blessings of spring during lunchtime in Kakegawa?

　

Main dish: “Braised domestic pork with honey mustard flavor and braised spring cabbage”

　

Carefully selected domestic pork is braised slowly and carefully until tender.

The pork, which melts in your mouth, is paired with a special honey mustard sauce that has an exquisite balance of the gentle sweetness of honey and the refreshing acidity of mustard.

It brings out the flavor of the pork and has a refreshing aftertaste.

The dish is accompanied by “spring cabbage,” which is in season now. The sweet and soft spring cabbage is braised (steamed) to bring out the flavor of the ingredient.

The natural sweetness of the cabbage and the flavor of the pork and sauce intertwine, spreading a gentle taste unique to spring in your mouth.
