掛川グランドホテル 1F カジュアルダイニング THE CHADOKOROにて、2025年3月限定の特別メニュー、贅沢御膳『春爛漫ステーキ丼-とろろ汁とともに』ランチセットの販売を開始いたします。
『2025/3/1（土）～』より販売開始です。※ 2025/3/31（月）まで
旨味が凝縮されたステーキと、とろろの優しい味わいが織りなすハーモニー
厳選された牛肉を使用したステーキは、口の中でとろけるような柔らかさと、溢れる肉汁が特徴です
そのステーキを贅沢に丼に盛り付け、さらに、滋味深いとろろ汁を添えました。
ステーキの濃厚な旨味と、とろろの優しい味わいが絶妙に調和し、至福のひとときをお約束します。
こだわりの食材
・ステーキ: 厳選された牛肉を使用。きめ細やかな肉質と、豊かな風味が特徴です。
・とろろ: 静岡県産の自然薯を使用。粘り気と風味があり、鯖出汁を使った滋養豊かな味わいです。
・ご飯: 十五穀米を使用。ふっくらとした炊き上がりで、ステーキととろろの味を引き立てます。

Sales will start from “Saturday, March 1, 2025”. * Until Monday, March 31, 2025
A harmony of condensed flavor steak and gentle flavor of tororo
The steak made with carefully selected beef is characterized by its melt-in-your-mouth tenderness and overflowing meat juice
The steak is luxuriously served in a bowl and further garnished with a nutritious tororo soup.
The rich flavor of the steak and the gentle flavor of the tororo are exquisitely harmonized, ensuring a blissful moment.
Carefully selected ingredients
・Steak: Made with carefully selected beef. It is characterized by its fine meat texture and rich flavor.
・Tororo: Made with wild yam from Shizuoka Prefecture. Sticky and flavorful, with a nutritious taste made with mackerel broth.
・Rice: Made with 15-grain rice. The fluffy rice brings out the flavor of the steak and tororo.
