『2024/10/1（火）～』より販売開始です。※ 2024/10/31（木）まで

　

10月のフェアメニューは、季節の恵みを存分に楽しめる一品をご用意致しました。

　

秋の食材をふんだんに使用した『美味鶏のグリル 南瓜ときのこのソテー わさび風味のサワークリームソース』ランチセットをご提供いたします。

香ばしくグリルしたジューシーな磐田産美味鶏に、秋の代表食材である『かぼちゃ』と『きのこ』の香ばしいソテーを添えました。

　

　

わさびクリームソースが全体を優しくまとめ、素材の旨味を引き立て、まろやかな中にピリッとしたアクセントを加えます。

サイドメニューには、季節の味覚を生かした『秋茄子とトマトのチーズ焼き』をご用意致しました。

秋茄子とトマトの間には『生ハム』をサンド致しました。

Kakegawa Grand Hotel 1F Casual Dining THE CHADOKORO will begin selling a special menu limited to October 2024, the autumn ingredient “Grilled Chicken, Sautéed Pumpkin and Mushrooms, Wasabi Cream Sauce” lunch set.

　

Sales will start from “Tuesday, October 1, 2024”. * Until Thursday, October 31, 2024

　

For the October fair menu, we have prepared a dish that allows you to fully enjoy the bounty of the season.

We will be offering the “Grilled Chicken, Sautéed Pumpkin and Mushrooms, Wasabi Cream Sauce” lunch set, which uses plenty of autumn ingredients.

　

■ Grilled Chicken, Sautéed Pumpkin and Mushrooms, Wasabi Cream Sauce

Aromatically grilled juicy chicken is served with savory sautéed pumpkin and mushrooms, which are representative autumn ingredients.
The wasabi cream sauce gently brings the whole dish together, bringing out the umami of the ingredients and adding a spicy accent to the mellow taste.

　

■ Grilled autumn eggplant and tomato with cheese

For the side dish, we have prepared “Grilled autumn eggplant and tomato with cheese,” which makes the most of the seasonal flavors.
The richness of the melting cheese brings out the sweetness of the autumn eggplant and the sourness of the fresh tomato in this fragrantly grilled dish.
We have sandwiched “prosciutto” between the autumn eggplant and tomato.

　

Enjoy the rich flavor that spreads in your mouth along with the main dish.
