この季節限定の特別なメニューは、暑い夏にひんやり「冷製パスタセット」です。
■ 冷製スープスパゲッティー ヴィシソワーズ パリソワ風
冷涼なひとときを感じる、冷やしたヴィシソワーズスープにパスタを加え、フランスのパリ風に美しく仕上げた料理です。
暑い日にぴったりの爽やかでクリーミーな一品です。
■ 豚フィレ肉のミラノ風カツレツ ケッカソース
豚フィレ肉を薄く切ってミラノ風カツレツにし、チーズ入りの衣で揚げた後、トマトとバジルを使った新鮮なケッカソースをかけてご提供いたします。

At Kakegawa Grand Hotel 1F Casual Dining THE CHADOKORO, we will introduce a special lunch set limited to July that will give you a break from the summer heat.
This seasonal special menu is a “Cold Pasta Set” that will cool you down in the hot summer.
■ Cold Soup Spaghetti Vichyssoise Paris-style
A dish that is beautifully finished in the style of Paris, France, by adding pasta to chilled vichyssoise soup, which gives you a cool moment.
A refreshing and creamy dish perfect for hot days.
■ Milanese pork fillet cutlet with checca sauce
Pork fillet is thinly sliced into Milanese cutlets, fried in a cheese batter, and served with a fresh checca sauce made from tomatoes and basil.
The crispy pork fillet on the outside and juicy on the inside is a dish that harmonizes with the flavor of fresh tomatoes.
After enjoying the cold pasta, how about a hot drink?
Hot honey lemonade tea is the perfect drink for relaxing.
