掛川グランドホテル 1F カジュアルダイニング THE CHADOKOROで、梅雨のだるさを吹き飛ばす6月限定特別ランチセットをご紹介します。

この季節限定の特別なメニューは、スパイスがアクセント「エスニックランチセット」です。

　

■　ガイ・ヤーン

『ガイ・ヤーン』はタイの伝統的な焼き鳥料理です。「ガイ」はタイ語で「鶏」を、「ヤーン」は「焼く」を意味します。この料理はタイのストリートフードとしても非常に人気があり、特に東北地方（イーサーン地方）でよく見られます。

　

鶏肉は静岡県産の銘柄鶏「美味鶏」を使用。味がよく染み込むよう、当館シェフが工夫を重ねました。

甘辛のタレとスイートチリソースの相性は抜群です。

　

■　ヤム・カイダーオ

『ヤム・カイダーオ』はタイでポピュラーな、目玉焼きサラダです。

日本の目玉焼きと違い、タイでは卵を両面焼きにします。

酸味と辛みのソースが目玉焼きによく染み込み、香味野菜との相性ぴったりです。

　

■　ラクサ

『ラクサ』はシンガポールのエスニック料理です。

ヌードルを一口食べれば、甘み・辛み・酸味の３つのハーモニーが口の中を口福にします。

　

また、６月限定で『ラッシー』をご用意いたしました。

よく冷えたヨーグルト風味のドリンクが、期間限定の『エスニックランチセット』と良く合います。

Kakegawa Grand Hotel 1F Casual Dining THE CHADOKORO will introduce a special June-only lunch set that will blow away the lethargy of the rainy season.

This seasonal special menu is the “Ethnic Lunch Set” with a spice accent.

　

■　Gai Yaan

“Gai Yaan” is a traditional Thai yakitori dish. “Gai” means “chicken” in Thai and “Yaan” means “grilled”. This dish is very popular as street food in Thailand, and is especially common in the Tohoku region (Isan region).

The chicken used is the branded “Bimi Tori” chicken from Shizuoka Prefecture. Our chef has worked hard to ensure that the flavor penetrates well.

The sweet and spicy sauce and sweet chili sauce go perfectly together.

　

■ Yam Kai Dao

“Yam Kai Dao” is a fried egg salad that is popular in Thailand.

Unlike Japanese fried eggs, in Thailand, the eggs are fried on both sides.

The sour and spicy sauce penetrates the fried egg well and goes perfectly with the aromatic vegetables.

　

■ Laksa

“Laksa” is an ethnic dish from Singapore.

With one bite of the noodles, the harmony of sweet, spicy, and sour will delight your mouth.

We also offer “Lassi” for a limited time only in June.

　

The well-chilled yogurt-flavored drink goes well with the limited-time “Ethnic Lunch Set.”
