掛川グランドホテル 10F ラーメン店 麺 刘 にて、人気の掛川シリーズ第4弾！新商品『掛川湯麺』のご提供を開始致しました。

『2023/12/13（水）～』より販売開始です。

　

■　掛川湯麺

① 掛川冷麺、② 掛川炒麺、③ 掛川茶飯に続く、掛川シリーズ第4弾！『掛川湯麺』が満を持して登場しました。

　

掛川茶を使用した麺は、お茶の風味と豊かな香りを持っており、これがラーメンに深みと特別感をプラスします。

　

醤油ベースのスープは、熱々で楽しめる「あんかけスープ」を採用、魚介の風味を餡に包み、だしの旨味を存分に味わうことができます。もちろん、麺との相性もバッチリです。

　

特産品である、掛川茶とラーメンのコラボレーションを是非お楽しみ下さい。

The 4th installment of the popular Kakegawa series will be available at the ramen shop Menryu on the 10th floor of Kakegawa Grand Hotel! We have started offering the new product “Kakegawa Tanmen”.

Sales start from “2023/12/13 (Wednesday)”.

　

■ Kakegawa Tanmen

The 4th installment of the Kakegawa series, following ① Kakegawa Reimen, ② Kakegawa Fried Noodles, and ③ Kakegawa Chahan! “Kakegawa Tanmen” has finally arrived.

　

Noodles made with Kakegawa tea have the flavor and rich aroma of tea, which adds depth and specialness to the ramen.

　

The soy sauce-based soup uses an “ankake soup” that can be enjoyed piping hot, and the seafood flavor is wrapped in bean paste, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the soup stock. Of course, it goes perfectly with noodles.

　

Please enjoy the collaboration of Kakegawa tea, a specialty product, and ramen.
