・美味鶏のローストチキン

新鮮な美味鶏を厳選し、シェフのこだわりが詰まったローストチキンをご堪能いただきます。
外はパリッと香ばしい皮が、中はジューシーで柔らかい肉質が特徴。
スパイスとハーブで丁寧に下味を付け、ゆっくり焼き上げました。

一口ごとに広がる香り高いチキンの風味は、クリスマスの魔法を感じさせます。

ヤンソンさんの誘惑は、北欧の伝統的な料理がヒントとなり、シェフが独自のアプローチで仕上げた特別メニューです。じっくりと焼き上げた甘みたっぷりのオーブンローストポテトが、クリスマスの雰囲気を一層盛り上げます。

濃厚でクリーミーなアンチョビ風味のソースが、じんわりとポテトにしみこみ、一口ごとに広がる深い味わいがたまりません。トッピングされたキャラメリゼされた玉ねぎが、華やかさをプラスし、お皿をクリスマスの特別な食卓に変えます。

Jansson’s Temptation is a special menu inspired by traditional Scandinavian cuisine, created by the chef with his own unique approach. Slow-cooked, sweet oven-roasted potatoes add to the Christmas atmosphere.

The rich, creamy anchovy-flavored sauce gently soaks into the potatoes, and the deep flavor that spreads in every bite is irresistible. The caramelized onion topping adds a touch of glamor and transforms your plate into a special Christmas table.
