掛川グランドホテルでは、毎年ご好評を頂いている『クリスマスケーキ』と『おせち』の予約販売を開始いたしました。
■ クリスマスケーキ2023
今回のクリスマスケーキもシェフ自信作、「苺のお花のデコレーションケーキ」と「和栗のモンブランツリー」ケーキの2種類をご用意致しました。
・苺のお花のデコレーションケーキ
掛川産紅ほっぺをふんだんに使った、特製クリスマスケーキ。ふわふわスポンジでサンドした北海道産生クリームを口いっぱい頬張れば、幸せが広がります。
クリスマスケーキの上から掛けた、ホワイトチョコのドリップが美味しいアクセントに仕上げました。
苺のお花のデコレーションケーキ（直径15cm×高さ15cm） 販売価格：4,500円（税込）
・和栗のモンブランツリー
和栗だけを使用したペーストで幾重にも贅沢にフリル仕上げしました。ケーキ断面も美しく、大粒の栗や掛川抹茶のダコワーズをサンドしました。ほろ苦いほうじ茶クリームがお口の中をさっぱりとさせ、サクサククッキー生地で食感も楽しめます。
和栗のモンブランツリー（直径15cm×高さ15cm） 販売価格：4,500円（税込）

■ Christmas cake 2023
This Christmas cake is also the chef’s own creation, and we have two types: Strawberry Flower Decoration Cake and Japanese Chestnut Mont Blanc Tree Cake.
・Strawberry flower decoration cake
A special Christmas cake made with plenty of Benihoppe from Kakegawa. Fill your mouth with Hokkaido cream sandwiched between fluffy sponges and your happiness will spread.
The white chocolate drippings sprinkled over the top of the Christmas cake create a delicious accent.

・Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc tree
Made with a paste made only from Japanese chestnuts, it is finished with luxurious frills. The cross section of the cake is also beautiful, with large chestnuts and Kakegawa matcha dacoise sandwiched between them. The bittersweet hojicha cream leaves your mouth feeling refreshed, and the crispy cookie dough gives you an enjoyable texture.
