掛川グランドホテル 10F ラーメン店 麺 刘 にて、本日より3種類の『炒麺（やきそば）』のご提供を開始致します。
試作に試作を重ね、試行錯誤を繰り返し、3種類の『炒麺（やきそば）』が完成いたしました。
ホテル最上階で食べる『炒麺』は本格派。食欲の秋にぴったりな自信作を是非お楽しみください。
本日『2023/09/16（土）～』より販売開始です。
■ 麻婆炒麺
この炒麺は、中華料理のクラシックで麺 刘自慢の味付けが特徴の『麻婆豆腐』と、炒麺の絶妙な組み合わせです。
一口ごとに広がる濃厚な味わいは、味蕾を刺激し満足感をもたらします。
辛さ、麻辣さ、そして豆鼓の風味が絶妙に調和し、食べるために新しい味の発見があります。

■ 掛川炒麺
当店自慢の八宝菜には、多彩な具材がたっぷりと使われています。
新鮮な野菜、旨味たっぷりの肉、そしてシャキシャキとした海老など、さまざまな食材が炒められ、調味料とともに絡み合います。
これらの具材は、茶そばとの相性が抜群で、一口ごとに異なる味わいを楽しむことができます。

From today, we will start offering 3 types of fried noodles (yakisoba) at the ramen shop MenRyu on the 10th floor of Kakegawa Grand Hotel.
After making many prototypes and repeating trial and error, we have completed three types of fried noodles (yakisoba).
The fried noodles eaten on the top floor of the hotel are authentic. Please enjoy this proud product that is perfect for the autumn season.

This stir-fried noodles is an exquisite combination of stir-fried noodles and mabo tofu, which is a classic Chinese dish and is characterized by Noodle’s signature seasoning.

Our specialty, Eight Treasure Greens is made with a variety of ingredients.

These ingredients go perfectly with cha soba, allowing you to enjoy a different flavor with each bite.
